FANB desarrollará Operación República aunada a plan especial de bioseguridad
Caracas, 12 de julio de 2020.- La Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana (FANB) desarrollará la Operación República con el plan especial de bioseguridad que pondrán en marcha las autoridades sanitarias del país para el 6D, cuando el pueblo venezolano elija los 277 diputados y diputadas a la Asamblea Nacional, informó el ministro del Poder Popular para la Defensa, GJ Vladimir Padrino López.
Desde el Consejo Nacional Electoral, el Vicepresidente Sectorial de Seguridad, Soberanía y Paz aseguró que la FANB tiene preparada su orden de operaciones a través del Comando Estratégico Operacional (Ceofanb), para la Operación República.
“El Comandante Presidente le ha dado la tarea al Ceofanb y a la Milicia Bolivariana de acompañar al pueblo en su protección, y nosotros nos vamos a sumar también, junto a las autoridades sanitarias, a esta tarea que es fundamental: cuidar la salud del pueblo, cuidar su integridad física en el ejercicio del sufragio”, dijo.
Recordó que las tareas fundamentales de la FANB en la Operación República son: protección y custodia del material electoral, acompañamiento de las máquinas en el despliegue lineal y radial que tiene programado el Consejo Nacional Electoral, seguridad de las instalaciones electorales y de la ciudadanía, para que ejerza su derecho al sufragio.
El General en Jefe sostuvo que la FANB, los cuerpos policiales y todos los órganos de seguridad del Estado van a estar abocados a proteger a todo el pueblo que va a ejercer su derecho al voto.
“Éste va a ser un proceso electoral, como siempre se ha hecho en Revolución, con un sistema electoral limpio, transparente, eficiente y auditable; de los mejores del mundo; creo que tenemos como decirlo. Un Consejo Nacional Electoral de primera calidad que le ha dado oportunidades a todo el pluralismo político en Venezuela”, subrayó Padrino.
